Net Zero Careers offers a Resident Liaison Officer role in Manchester. You will provide a single point of contact for residents during maintenance, refurbishment or improvement works, ensuring the resident is engaged and able to make informed decisions while we maintain or improve their homes.
You will liaise with residents before, during and after works, coordinate access, keep records, report progress, resolve concerns, and support project teams with administration and compliance.
