An Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Installer is a renewable heating professional responsible for delivering high‑quality, energy‑efficient heating solutions within residential properties. The role centres on installing heat pump systems, associated components and ensuring systems meet regulatory and manufacturer requirements. As the UK transitions to low‑carbon heating, this role is increasingly vital in helping homeowners reduce energy use, cut carbon emissions, and comply with the latest sustainability standards.
Your work involves the full installation process—from preparing pipework and cylinders through to commissioning and testing—ensuring each system operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with MCS accreditation requirements.
