This is a full-time, permanent role carrying out EPCs and stock condition surveys across residential properties. Responsibilities
- Carry out EPCs across residential properties
- Complete stock condition surveys where required
- Collect and record accurate property data
- Maintain high reporting and compliance standards
- Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues
- Work independently across different sites and manage your own schedule
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment
- Full clean driving licence
- DBS checked or willing to complete a DBS check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Confident using MS Office and electronic data systems
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Friendly, professional and proactive attitude
- Experience completing stock condition surveys is desirable
- Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment is desirable
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings is desirable
