We are recruiting 3 full‑time, permanent Grounds Maintenance Operatives on behalf of a leading UK green space management provider operating at Gatwick.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grass cutting (large open areas)
  • Strimming
  • Hedge cutting and shrub maintenance
  • Operating pedestrian and ride‑on mowers
  • Supporting integrated weed management practices
  • Working across landside and airside environments (subject to security clearance)

You’ll gradually be able to develop into operating larger machinery such as tractors and specialist equipment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Good team fit and positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience driving light commercial vehicles (Category beyond standard car licence advantageous)
  • Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience

Full training will be provided for the right candidates. Due to working at Gatwick (including airside areas), successful applicants will need to meet airport security requirements.
