This is a hands-on role supporting site teams with the preparation, movement of materials, general labouring duties and day-to-day delivery of insulation and construction works. The role would suit someone with previous labouring, construction, property maintenance or insulation experience who is comfortable working on active sites and supporting a wider team.,
- Support tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day construction and insulation works.
- Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment safely.
- Prepare work areas and ensure materials are available when required.
- Assist with insulation and associated construction activities.
- Carry out general labouring and site duties.
- Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas.
- Follow site procedures, risk assessments and health and safety requirements.
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Support the team with the delivery of works to the required standards and timescales.
- Report any issues, hazards or damaged equipment to the appropriate person.
- Travel to sites across the Kent area as required.
- A CSCS Card is preferred
- A relevant construction or insulation qualification is preferred
- The role involves practical, hands-on work and working outdoors where required, Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience in a labouring, construction, property maintenance or similar practical role.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good awareness of health and safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically capable of carrying out practical labouring duties.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

- CSCS Card.
- Relevant construction qualification.
- Relevant insulation or retrofit qualification.
- Previous insulation or retrofit experience.
- Experience working on construction or housing maintenance sites.
- Full Time | Permanent | £29,000 - £32,000 per year, £29,000 - £32,000 annual salary.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
