About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join a construction team working in Walthamstow. This is a hands-on role involving the preparation and installation of tiles to walls and floors. The successful candidate will take pride in producing a high-quality finish and be able to work safely and efficiently within a construction environment. Please note: this is a wall and floor tiling position and does not involve roofing tiling.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship

Key Responsibilities

  • Install wall and floor tiles to a high standard
  • Prepare surfaces before tiling
  • Measure and mark areas accurately
  • Cut and fit tiles to the required specification
  • Apply adhesives, grout and other appropriate materials
  • Ensure tiles are level, correctly spaced and professionally finished
  • Repair and replace existing wall and floor tiles where required
  • Maintain a clean and organised working area
  • Safely use tiling tools and equipment
  • Follow drawings, specifications and instructions
  • Work alongside other trades where required
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures, RAMS and PPE requirements

Proven experience in wall and floor tiling

Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve a quality finish

Ability to accurately measure, cut and install tiles
