Net World Sports are looking for Warehouse Picking Operatives to join their fast‑paced warehouse team. The role is integral to day‑to‑day warehouse operations and offers a clear career progression structure.

What You’ll Do

  • Use state‑of‑the‑art systems to accurately pick orders in our 411,000 sq. ft warehouse, meeting performance targets throughout your shift.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities within the warehouse, gaining new skills in a supportive environment.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, maintaining a safe and tidy working area.

What You’ll Bring

Shift Patterns

  • AM/PM (37.5 hrs/week): Monday – Friday, alternating weeks of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM – £24,800.00 (potential to increase to £30,800.00 with performance‑based bonuses up to £500/month).
  • 4On/4Off (182.5 shifts/year on average): 12‑hour shifts, 4 days on followed by 4 days off. Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM – £25,600.00 (potential to increase to £31,600.00 with bonuses up to £500/month).
