We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the processing and dispatch of high-value orders. This role plays a key part in ensuring all orders are accurately completed, quality checked, processed efficiently, and dispatched on time to meet both company and customer expectations. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the processing and dispatch of high-value customer orders
  • Carry out detailed quality checks to ensure products and orders meet company standards
  • Ensure all orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure orders are shipped within required timeframes
  • Identify and resolve any order discrepancies, damages, or dispatch issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolution of issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Control and Dispatch functions
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
