As we expand into the US with a warehouse in London, OH, we’re building energetic warehouse teams to help power our growth. As a PIT Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse moving - operating Counterbalance Forklifts and/or Reach Trucks to move stock safely and efficiently. You’ll be an essential part of our team, supporting fast-paced operations in a well-organised, technology-driven environment that’s built for high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Counterbalance Forklifts and/or Reach Trucks to move stock across the warehouse - including unloading, transporting, putting away and loading pallets
  • Work across inbound, outbound, and replenishment areas to keep stock flowing efficiently
  • Use handheld devices to update inventory movements accurately
  • Support your team with any general material handling or picking tasks when needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and traffic rules, keeping work areas clean and secure
  • Communicate clearly with Supervisors and Team Leaders to keep shift operations running smoothly

Skills & Experience

  • A current Reach Truck (OSHA Class II) certification, with experience operating in a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Confidence working in fast-paced warehouse environments, safely and efficiently
  • Ability to manually lift/move heavy items and remain active throughout your shift
  • Basic computer or scanner literacy, WMS (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV) experience beneficial – but full training can be provided
  • A reliable, team-focused attitude - willing to help wherever needed to get the job done
  • Eagerness to continue learning - additional equipment training may be offered over time

Details

  • Hours: 8:00AM – 8:00PM (Panama Shift Pattern – 2-2-3). Week One: Work two days, have two days off and then work three days. Week Two: Pattern reverses and you work the days that you had off the previous week - Off two days, work two days, off three days. For the next week, you’ll then go back to working the Week One days and the pattern repeats. This is designed to give you regular, predictable rest days and every other weekend off work
  • Salary: $23.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
