We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing General Operative to support daily operations within our plastics facility. The role includes mixing and producing paint for football pitch line marking, alongside a range of general operational and housekeeping duties. Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
- Mix and produce paint used for football pitch line marking, following set procedures and quality standards.
- Carry out general duties within the plastics facility, including:
- Recycling and segregation of waste materials.
- Bending and handling plastic tubes.
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping across all work areas.
Requirements (What You'll Bring)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks.
- Flexible and willing to carry out a variety of duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid forklift licence (desirable, not essential).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment (desirable, not essential).
- Experience with paint mixing or production processes (desirable, not essential).
