- Project Management: Seamlessly manage and prioritise multiple high-priority projects simultaneously from concept to final output.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience of managing a team and driving the team forward.
- A Proven Portfolio: A diverse showcase of your work that demonstrates a strong graphic sense, robust product design experience, and a deep understanding of both digital and print mediums.
- Advanced Tooling: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- AI Design Expertise: Practical experience leveraging AI design software and generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Claude Design, Stable Diffusion) to enhance creative concepts and accelerate production.
- Strong UX/UI Foundation: Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, user journeys, wireframing, and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS to effectively collaborate with development teams.
- Print & Production Savvy: Deep knowledge of prepress setups, CMYK workflows, and print production processes.
- Autonomy & Accountability: Exceptional organisational skills with a proven track record of managing your own workload and hitting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
