As Net World Sports' Head of Global Warehousing, you'll be accountable for every site, every process, every metric, and every standard across our growing network of sites. This includes performance, facilities, and Health & Safety across all locations. You will work with the UK team, but accountability sits with you. The UK operation will act as the proving ground for new processes, systems, and automation, which you will standardise and roll out globally. This is a hands-on role focused on building, improving, and scaling a high-performance operation. Global travel is expected, both planned and unplanned, to support operations and drive standards on-site. Data sits at the centre of this role. You are responsible for defining what is measured, building the visibility required, and using it to drive decisions and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own performance across all warehouse sites (cost, output, accuracy, efficiency)
  • Set and enforce consistent global standards across operations, facilities and H&S
  • Define what data matters – build the metrics, reporting, and visibility needed to run the operation properly
  • Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities
  • Use data to redesign processes, improve performance, and support decision-making
  • Define and implement the global warehouse blueprint (layout, systems, methods, labour, automation)
  • Use the UK operation to test improvements and scale them globally at pace
  • Lead automation and systems development focused on ROI and throughput
  • Develop Warehouse Managers and build leadership capability across all sites
  • Support and lead new warehouse launches to ensure fast, controlled ramp-up

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading warehouse operations with the passion, energy and ambition to run multi-site across the globe
  • Strong understanding of warehouse design, processes, and systems
  • Track record of improving performance using data, not just managing it
  • Strong analytical capability – able to define, interpret, and act on operational data (strong Excel skills needed)
  • Experience with facilities, H&S, and compliance
  • Commercially aware (cost, margin, ROI)
  • Exposure to automation or advanced warehouse solutions

Approach

  • Takes full ownership of performance, safety, and standards
  • Uses data to challenge assumptions and drive decisions
  • Focuses on execution and measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable operating on the floor and at leadership level
  • Brings energy, drive, and pride in building and improving operations
  • Define how warehousing operates globally and ensures it performs consistently across all sites
  • Build the systems, standards, and data visibility required to scale the operation properly

What You’ll Get

  • Health & Wellbeing – Workouts, Run Club, Nature Trail, Wellness Allowances, Gym Memberships, On-Site Gym (Coming Soon!), Golf Memberships & Mental Health Support
  • 29 Days Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays) – Increases with Length of Service
  • Flexible Working Hours
  • Social Events – Busy Schedule of Parties, Sports Tournaments, Charity Events & Lots More!
  • Table Tennis, Pool Tables & Sports Equipment in the Office
  • Additional Benefits Available – Help to Buy Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Discounted Travel Schemes & Lots More!
  • Product Discount on Net World Sports & Affiliate Partner Products
  • Subsidised On-Site Bistro – Serving Freshly Prepared Food Every Day for Breakfast & Lunch
  • Employee Recognition – Bonus & Commission Schemes and Performance, Length of Service & Life Event Rewards
  • Employee Support – Saving Schemes, Legal & Financial Advice, Parental Guidance

Our Values

  • Go above and beyond: Get stuck in and show your passion!
