We are looking for a Graduate Product Developer to join our growing and dynamic team to work on developing products for our product ranges, as well as developing our existing ones. You’ll be involved in all stages of the Product Development life cycle and will have unrivalled exposure to skills and career development opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out end-to-end Product Development, creating innovative, exciting and high-quality products, maintaining collaborative communication across the business to ensure a smooth and successful product lifecycle alongside support from Senior members of the team.
  • Conduct market and competitor research in-line with projects provided by management team, analysing competitor and market trends to support development of product ranges; presenting insights to Product Development team.
  • Maintain strong levels of knowledge of your product categories, contributing to the continued expansion of our product ranges.
  • Carry out product testing with the wider product team, providing comprehensive feedback with the aim of supplying high quality products to our customers.
  • Demonstrate competent negotiation skills to ensure best prices and terms, using market knowledge to provide pricing analysis on products within your categories.
  • Comfortably manage multiple ongoing projects at entry levels and increase your commercial knowledge within the sports equipment industry.
  • Work with International suppliers daily, effectively managing your relationships with your supplier network alongside senior team members.

  • A degree in a transferrable or relatable field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working alongside the wider team and independently.
  • Strong desire to achieve results and meet both internal and external targets.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to situations when they don’t go to plan.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with both domestic and international suppliers.
  • Microsoft Excel experience (desirable) and other Microsoft packages.
  • A passion for sports is highly beneficial.
