Competitive Salary
- Load and unload containers safely and efficiently, including export containers bound for the US warehouse
- Prepare, check, and secure goods to ensure they meet shipping and export requirements
- Check goods against delivery and shipping paperwork, reporting any discrepancies or damage
- Communicate clearly with Warehouse and Logistics teams in the UK and US to support smooth container movements
- Move stock to designated warehouse locations using safe manual handling techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised container and loading area
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, export processes, and company policies
- Previous warehouse or container loading/unloading experience preferred, but not essential
- Understanding of export or international shipping processes is desirable but not essential
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams across different locations and time zones
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
- Work collaboratively with colleagues locally and internationally
- Demonstrate responsibility and care when handling goods for international shipment
- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to safe working practices
