- Pack pre-made FORZA goal components into boxes on a fast-paced production line
- Learn and work with all FORZA goal types and sizes (including Locking, Match, and Gaelic goals)
- Operate and support packing-related equipment such as sticker and tape machines
- Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Support stock counts, deliveries, and general production tasks when required
- Assist the Team Leader and other departments, including overtime during busy periods
- A reliable, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience in a warehouse, packing, or production environment (helpful but not essential)
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility to support different tasks and business needs
- Awareness of health & safety and pride in keeping work areas clean and organised
