The Junior Marketplace Executive will support the growth and day-to-day operation of Net World Sports’ presence across third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart and future platforms as the business continues to expand. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent written skills, and a genuine interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces. No prior marketplace experience is required, as full training will be provided. You will work closely with the wider Marketplace team to create and maintain high-quality product listings, improve brand visibility, and support the ongoing expansion of our product catalogue across multiple channels.
As part of this role, you will contribute to ensuring Net World Sports products are presented to a consistently high standard, from written content and imagery to reviews and promotional activity, helping to influence customer purchasing decisions in a competitive online environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Create, maintain and optimise product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Walmart and future marketplaces
- Write clear, engaging and commercially focused product copy to drive conversion and sales
- Support marketplace growth through keyword research, competitor analysis, A+ Content, Brand Stores, deals, vouchers and A/B testing
- Use data, reports and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and revenue
- Monitor reviews, account health metrics and marketplace compliance, escalating risks where needed
- Support product launches, range expansion and seasonal trading activity across marketplaces
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Content, Product, etc.) to support smooth marketplace performance
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks such as price updates, stock availability, order checks and image updates
- Contribute to process improvement and automation by following standardised ways of working and suggesting efficiencies
- Exceptional written English with strong grammar, spelling and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces and how customers shop online
- A positive, proactive attitude with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A commercial mindset with interest in data, optimisation and performance analysis
- Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and standard office software
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and openness to feedback
