The Teamwear Sales Executive acts as the central operational driver of inbound teamwear revenue at Net World Sports. This role owns the full lifecycle of inbound enquiries—from initial consultation through to order placement, internal coordination, and fulfilment readiness. Operating as the “control tower” for teamwear sales, the position ensures seamless communication between sales, buying, garments, print/customisation, and logistics. It combines consultative selling with high-volume order processing and detailed administrative ownership. This role will be based at our Wrexham HQ.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Inbound Sales & Customer Conversion
    • Handle all inbound enquiries across phone, email, and web channels relating to teamwear and garments.
    • Qualify customer needs (club, school, organisation, sport, budget, timelines).
    • Provide consultative guidance on product selection, sizing, customisation, and pricing structures.
    • Convert enquiries into confirmed orders, maximising revenue and margin opportunities.
    • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (e.g. training equipment, accessories).
  • Order Processing & Commercial Accuracy
    • Create and process detailed teamwear orders, ensuring accuracy across:
    • Product SKUs and variants
    • Size breakdowns
    • Customisation (logos, sponsors, numbering, names)
  • Produce and manage:
  • Order forms
  • Pricing sheets
  • Pre-contract agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of:
    • Annual projected quantities
    • Repeat order cycles
    • Customer buying patterns
  • Internal Coordination & Workflow Management
    • Act as the primary liaison between:
    • Buying
    • Garments production
    • Print & customisation teams
    • Warehouse/dispatch
  • Ensure all departments are aligned on:
    • Lead times
    • Stock availability
    • Customisation requirements
  • Proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Kit Design & Customer Experience
    • Support customers in developing teamwear packages, including:
    • Kit bundles (matchday, training, off-field)
    • Branding and visual identity alignment
  • Coordinate with internal design/custom teams to produce:
    • Mock-ups
    • Visual proofs
  • Ensure customer approvals are secured efficiently to avoid delays.
  • Administrative Ownership
    • Maintain structured documentation for all teamwear clients:
    • Contracts and agreements
    • Pricing matrices
    • Design files and approvals
  • Track and manage:
    • Seasonal ordering cycles
    • Reorder reminders
  • Ensure CRM systems are consistently updated with accurate, actionable data.
  • Revenue & Performance Contribution
    • Deliver against individual and team revenue targets.
    • Monitor conversion rates from enquiry to order.
    • Identify opportunities to increase:
    • Average order value (AOV)
    • Customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Support forecasting by providing reliable pipeline and order data.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build long-term relationships with clubs, schools, and organisations.
    • Act as the main point of contact for repeat customers.
    • Provide post-sale support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Handle issues or complaints professionally, coordinating resolutions internally.
  • KPIs & Success Metrics

    • Inbound enquiry conversion rate
    • Monthly/quarterly revenue generated
    • Order accuracy rate (minimal errors/reworks)
    • Average order value (AOV)
    • Customer retention and repeat order frequency
    • Internal SLA adherence (handoff efficiency between departments)

    Role Positioning

    This role is the revenue engine and operational backbone of the teamwear department—responsible for converting demand into booked sales while ensuring flawless execution internally. It is not purely administrative nor purely sales; it sits at the intersection of both.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (ideally in sportswear, apparel, or B2B environments).
    • Highly organised with strong administrative discipline.
    • Confident communicator with the ability to guide customers through complex orders.
    • Commercially driven but operationally meticulous.
    • Interest in sport/team environments is advantageous.
