Junior E-Commerce Executive

As a Junior E-Commerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in listing Net World Sports’ exciting range of products on our website. This role focuses on managing, monitoring, and optimising the daily trading performance of your product portfolio, offering unrivalled opportunities to develop and showcase your skills. Based in our state-of-the-art facilities, this collaborative position is ideal for those pursuing a dynamic career in E-Commerce.

WHAT YOU\’LL DO:

• Manage and improve day-to-day trading activity of your products on our global websites – Taking new products to market across multiple countries worldwide
• Create engaging written content for both new and existing listings, focusing on maximising sales and revenue while addressing customer needs
• Collaborate with SEO to ensure top search engine rankings, boosting visibility across all listings
• Analyse KPIs daily, responding proactively to optimise sales and reporting key trends to Senior Management
• Understand target audiences and product seasonality; basic knowledge of upselling and cross-selling to increase Average Order Value (AOV)
• Work with internal teams, such as Product Designers and Customer Service, to drive sales by responding to consumer needs and feedback

WHAT YOU\’LL BRING:

• At least a year of experience in a similar role or within an E-Commerce environment (desirable, not essential)
• Exceptional literacy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, with a willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback
• Open to feedback and able to take constructive criticism well, using it as an opportunity to learn, improve, and build on their skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly, with the ability to adjust and adapt to E-Commerce market trends
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development in E-Commerce
• Experience in Google Analytics and Microsoft NAV (desirable – training provided)
• Familiarity with Magento 2 (desirable – training provided)
