WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assemble FORZA tackle bags for use across multiple sports by fitting pre-made components together accurately
- Wrap finished tackle bags in protective film and prepare them for storage
- Move and place packed tackle bags into the correct warehouse locations ready for picking
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Work efficiently at pace and use initiative during quieter periods
- Support other warehouse or production tasks as required
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of assembling, wrapping, and moving tackle bags
- Experience in a warehouse, packing, or assembly environment (desirable but not essential)
- Attention to detail and pride in producing well-presented products
- Reliability and flexibility to support business needs
