We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical individual to take responsibility for the assembly of our two Ball Launcher machines and associated accessories. This role is ideally suited to someone with previous manufacturing or engineering experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Assemble Ball Launcher machines and associated accessories to required production standards
  • Complete frame assembly using hand and power tools
  • Install electrical components following technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Carry out soldering work to a high standard
  • Conduct quality control testing and inspections on completed products
  • Identify and report faults, defects, or production issues promptly
  • Ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to meet production targets and deadlines

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings or assembly instructions
  • Good practical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Experience with soldering and electrical assembly (desirable)
  • Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes (desirable)
