About the Service

This is a new, purpose‐built children's residential home designed to support 1–2 children, creating a calm, stable environment with a genuine family feel rather than an institutional setting. The service is owned and led by a highly child‐focused and passionate business owner and Responsible Individual with over 20 years' experience within Local Authority LAC services. She plays an active, hands‐on role in leading the home, ensuring staff wellbeing is valued and supported alongside the emotional and developmental needs of the children.
