Your Role as Registered Manager:
- Leading the safe opening and ongoing operation of a 2-bed children’s home.

- Creating a safe, trauma-informed, child-centred environment.
- Maintaining high standards in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations.
- Managing rotas, supervisions, budgets, and development plans.
- Acting as the home’s Registered Manager with Ofsted.
