The client is a small, family-owned residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating ten children’s homes. Recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 5–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated team at an established home where 3 children reside. We’re looking for an individual who can act as a therapeutic parent—providing high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.
About the Role- Provide therapeutic care for children aged 8–14.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and aspirational team.

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential childcare.
- Level 3 QCF in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards.

- Full training provided, 2 week induction and also includes QCF Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications.
