Role: Children’s Registered Manager
Location: Mansfield
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (40 hours, 9am–5pm)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + performance bonus + on-call allowance

Your Responsibilities
- Lead Ofsted registration and the successful opening of a new solo children’s home
- Recruit, inspire and develop a small, high‑performing team
- Deliver a therapeutic, nurturing environment for one child with complex needs
- Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted expectations
- Build collaborative relationships with local authorities and multi‑agency partners
