Duties of an Administrator will include:
- Take meeting minutes
- Greet visitors on site
- Set up meeting rooms, making tea and coffee
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Recording documents (eg. delivery notes, tracker documents)
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements:
- MUST have administration experience
- Ideally have construction experience
