Location: Derby

Salary: £14.50 per hour plus £65 sleep. £800 Annual Bonus

Contract: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Flexible rota (including sleep-ins of 8 per month)

About the Home

You’ll be working in a 6-bed residential home for children and young people aged 10 to 17 with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). Some of the children are non-verbal, so you’ll play a key role in supporting communication and building trust. This is a warm, family-style environment where every day brings opportunities to make a real difference.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins.
  • Experience in residential childcare or similar (desirable).
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
