We’re partnering with a well-established, supportive children’s residential provider that truly invests in its managers. You’ll be trusted to open and lead a specialist 2-bed home supporting children aged 8–17 with learning disabilities, within a calm, nurturing, child-centred environment.

Your Role as Registered Manager
(Ofsted registration required – support provided throughout)
You’ll be trusted to run the home day-to-day and set the standard for care, practice, and culture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the safe opening and ongoing operation of a 2-bed children’s home
- Building, inspiring, and developing a committed staff team
- Creating a safe, trauma-informed, child-centred environment
- Maintaining high standards in line with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Managing rotas, supervisions, budgets, and development plans
- Acting as the home’s Registered Manager with Ofsted
You won’t be micromanaged – but you will be fully supported.

What We’re Looking for

- At least 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care

- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and residential regulations
- A full UK driving licence
