Assistant Site Manager New Build Housing

ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER REQUIRED! PETERBOROUGH HOUSING PROJECT Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients. The Client: The client is a large Housing Developer who is currently operating within all regions across the UK, including many new build housing developments. The Opportunity: Working as a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Peterborough. Candidates will be required to have a background in Housing. Duties: As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be expected to run a small team working on a new build housing site, whilst assisting the Site Manager and Project Manager. The Role / Experience & Responsibilities: The client requires an Assistant Site Manager who is able to work in Peterborough. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after: * MUST have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. * REQUIRED to have a background in Housing * PREFERABLY have an NHBC Award * MUST have ability to get to Peterborough * REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots) * MUST have working references * MUST have the right to work in the UK Pay: Day rate is between £240 – £260 but can be negotiable dependant on experience.
