We are seeking an ambitious and detail-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on large-scale education sector builds. Based in Leeds, you’ll gain exposure to major projects from day one, typically valued between £10m and £12m. You’ll be guided and mentored by a highly experienced team and, after a successful 12-month period, you’ll step up to run your own projects – a rare opportunity for a high-calibre AQS ready to take the next step.
