Net Temps are currently recruiting CSCS Labourers for a busy modular build factory based in Wincham, Northwich (CW9). The ideal candidate must have experience with manual labour on site and have a CSCS card.
Hours: 6:45am-4:45pm Monday-Thursday, 6:45am-3:30pm Fridays.
Pay: £13.00 - £15 per hour dependant on experience, plus holiday pay.
This is a temp to perm position, so after 12 weeks the client would look to award you with a permanent contract. Due to this, please apply with a full CV.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labour helping to make modular homes.
- Fitting windows, installation and flooring.
- Ensure that the job site is clean and safe for others at all times.
- Basic painting and plastering.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment needed for construction projects.
- Loading and unloading construction materials.
- Assembling modular builds.
Requirements:
- MUST have CSCS card.
- Previous experience labouring on site.
- Must have own transport to site due to the location.
Modular construction is a process where buildings are constructed within controlled plant conditions before being transported and assembled at a final location. Our client is the leading specialist modular home producer within the area and are offering long term temp to perm work.
