We’re currently recruiting two Software Engineering Managers for a high-growth tech company in the Central Belt of Scotland. If you have Java, React and/or AWS that is ideally what we are looking for or either one of those. These are people-first leadership roles — ideal for experienced engineers who have transitioned into management and want to focus on growing teams, shaping strategy, and driving delivery without needing to be hands-on day to day.
