Net Talent are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious Managed Security Service Provider established in Scotland with a growing global footprint. They are driven to help protect organisations against the rising threat of cyber-attacks in an ever-evolving digital world.

Due to ambitious growth plans for 2024, they are looking to add an experienced Sales Account Manager to their team. This can be a home-based role anywhere in the UK.
The Account Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality professional services engagements across both the Cyber and Information Security realms. They will build and develop existing relationships with existing clients, informing the sales team of sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve relationships with customers.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
- Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
- Educate and inform clients about the company’s products and services.
- Attend to client complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
Skills required:
- Great organisational skills.
- Ability to fully understand all client’s business and needs.
- Ability to be able to build trusted relationships, with clients and internally.
- Effective communication/people skills.
