New opportunity for a driven IT Manager to oversee and continuously improve our IT systems across the business. This is a key role responsible for managing group-wide IT strategy, maintaining robust infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with Cyber Security standards including Cyber Essentials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, high-quality IT support across all UK locations.
  • Drive continuous IT system improvements and updates across the group.
  • Lead and maintain Cyber Security accreditations including Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
  • Implement, enforce, and maintain IT policies, standards, and processes company-wide.
  • Monitor, administer, and maintain infrastructure and critical systems proactively.
  • Transition legacy business applications from on-premise to modern SaaS platforms.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment including security, device management, and document control.
  • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and endpoint security operations.
  • Oversee IT procurement, vendor relationships, and IT operational budgeting.
  • Collaborate closely with advanced software teams and adapt to dynamic, tech-forward needs.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • IT Management experience backed up with further experience in an IT Engineering or IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN networking.
  • Proven experience securing and maintaining Cyber Security accreditations (Cyber Essentials mandatory; ISO 27001/SOC 2 preferred).
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365, and ideally some exposure to an ERP.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and goal-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in working with highly technical teams and translating strategic IT goals into action.
