ERP Functional Application Specialist (Supply Chain) 📍 Central Belt, Scotland (fully remote for the right candidate)

We’re hiring an experienced ERP Functional Application Specialist to play a key role in shaping and optimising a global ERP landscape, with a focus on Supply Chain and manufacturing operations. This is a highly collaborative role, working across IT and business stakeholders to analyse processes, design solutions, and maximise ERP performance and investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business needs into functional ERP requirements
  • Design and implement scalable, secure ERP solutions
  • Lead configuration and oversee successful delivery of projects and enhancements
  • Support reporting, data insights, and efficiency improvements
  • Provide end-user support, training, and best practice guidance
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with security, data, and industry best practices

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ ERP experience across implementation and change lifecycle

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
