ERP Functional Application Specialist (Supply Chain) 📍 Central Belt, Scotland (fully remote for the right candidate)
We’re hiring an experienced ERP Functional Application Specialist to play a key role in shaping and optimising a global ERP landscape, with a focus on Supply Chain and manufacturing operations. This is a highly collaborative role, working across IT and business stakeholders to analyse processes, design solutions, and maximise ERP performance and investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional ERP requirements
- Design and implement scalable, secure ERP solutions
- Lead configuration and oversee successful delivery of projects and enhancements
- Support reporting, data insights, and efficiency improvements
- Provide end-user support, training, and best practice guidance
- Contribute to product roadmaps, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security, data, and industry best practices
Experience Required
- 5+ years’ ERP experience across implementation and change lifecycle
- Strong background in Supply Chain and manufacturing environments
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS highly desirable)
- Knowledge of planning tools (MRP, demand planning, capacity planning)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
