We are seeking a hands-on commercial leader to drive performance across our Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a high-impact operational role, responsible for improving execution, implementing scalable commercial processes, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against key performance metrics.
You will lead team managers, analyse performance daily, and build the systems and processes required to turn a small team into a high-performing, scalable commercial function. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure commercial results are delivered consistently.
