An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor to join a law firm just outside of Leicester.Your Role:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Handling the drafting of wills, trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney
- Overseeing probate applications, as well as administering estates
- Supplying specialist and tailored advice regarding estate planning, tax implications and trusts
- Communicating with various parties including clients, beneficiaries and any other professional required to secure a seamless process
- Ensuring knowledge of relevant legislations and best practices is kept up to date
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive
- 3 years at least of post qualified experience in Wills and Probate Law
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and understand their needs and requirements
Your Opportunity:The business specialises in providing services to private clients including handling matters such as estate planning, wills, trust, lasting power of attorney and estate administration. The position holder will be a key team player in these services and will be responsible for providing expert services to clients, maintaining a decorum of professionalism and compassion at all times.The business will offer the successful candidate a starting salary of up to £55,000, dependent on the level of previous experience and knowledge.
