Your Role:
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Setting up new support services, meeting with service users and developing transition plans tailored to their needs, whilst also creating person-centred support plans, policies and risk assessments; as well as supporting changes to plans when a service users\' needs or wants change
- Implementing rotas for services, keeping a clear oversight on approving annual leave and seeking cover for sickness
- Addressing complaints and grievances in a professional manner, ensuring that investigations are conducted in line with policies, implementing disciplinary procedures as required and providing full updates on cases
- Line managing a team of support staff, including booking in supervisions and meetings хеҙмәт with staff, identifying training needs and supportingacing facilitation of training opportunities, and additionally coordinating the recruitment and induction of new members of the team
