Your Company: An established business services company based in Hampshire are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join their team.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Entering valuable data from source formats into Excel documents
- Loading instructions from SalesLogix collections platform
- Retrieving and filing paperwork as required
- Proactively answering the phone and screening calls, being ready to resolve any potential issues or queries if the need arises
- Providing hands-on support to the collections teams with whatever they may require
- Ad-hoc support on other duties as deemed necessary
What you will need to Apply:
- Applicants should be educated to GCSE level and would ideally also hold a professional qualification, although this isn't essential
- Good knowledge of accounts and wider credit control would be advantageous
- Applicants should have an administration or operational background
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic IT proficiency - particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage or other accounting systems
