Your Role and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold and warm telephone calling.
- Introduce the company’s commercial finance services to a variety of UK businesses.
- Identify current and future funding requirements through detailed fact-finding conversations.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with key decision makers in a professional and compliant manner.
- Manage and develop your own diary and pipeline to achieve performance targets and touchpoints.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions using CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR, and internal company procedures and policies.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and wider business initiatives.
- Support special projects and business development activities where required.
What You Will Need to Apply:
- Educated to GCSE level or above.
- Previous experience within telemarketing, sales, finance, or a customer-focused environment would be advantageous.
