Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes.
- Producing and issuing quotes via CRM with accuracy and strong presentation standards.
- Maintaining and developing a sales pipeline through regular CRM updates.
- Making outbound calls to support conversion, forecasting, and objection handling.
- Processing customer orders via CRM, Field Service, or SAP within authority levels.
- Collaborating with service, sales, and customer teams to ensure smooth delivery of works.
- Logging service contract and sales opportunities in CRM.
- Developing knowledge of refrigeration and temperature control systems.
- Providing front-line technical support and identifying remedial opportunities.
- Supporting external sales and project teams on cross-business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Delivering timely solutions to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Supporting CRM alignment across internal and external teams.
- Preparing forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial sales or service-based engineering environment, ideally within HVAC, refrigeration, or a related technical industry.
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Good understanding of technical service environments and the ability to interpret customer requirements into commercial solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Awareness of health and safety principles within industrial environments.
