Your Roles Responsibilities: While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Underwriting new and renewal agricultural business in line with underwriting appetite, authority levels and governance requirements
- Assessing, pricing and negotiating complex agricultural and rural risks to achieve profitable underwriting outcomes
- Managing a portfolio of agricultural accounts and monitoring performance against business objectives
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with regional and national broker partners
- Supporting retention and new business growth through effective broker engagement and business development activity
