Providing employers with multi-functional talent across all levels combined with a global reach and innovative solutions makes us a compelling choice for any employer.The Role:                                                                                                                                                                    As a Resourcer, you will ensure that our candidate database is updated to support the Talent Acquisition team with quickly identifying talent for our clients.  You will also support the team with contacting prospective candidates to assess their suitability and interest in roles as well as arranging assessments and interviews with our clients.      Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director and working collaboratively with the Account Managers and Directors your main responsibilities will include:
  • Contact candidates on our database to obtain an update on their status
  • Obtain market information to support business development
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying suitable candidates for our client’s requirements
  • Approaching candidates to present opportunities to determine both their suitability and interest in the role
  • Provide support with the interview process, offer negotiations, and resignation stage
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team in all aspects of the resourcing process
  Your Profile:
  • A recent graduate, ideally with a relevant degree
  • An analytical approach to problem solving combined with an inquisitive mind
  • Commercial and empathetic with an interest in business
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
  • Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Tenacious, ambitious, and resilient
