Job Description
NET Recruit are searching for a Recruitment Sales Manager to join a successful services business within the Southampton area.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Proactively utilising tools and resources to attract and sell into new clients to acquire their active roles
- Meeting and exceeding business development targets
- Qualifying new leads and roles on and passing over to the revelant consultants
- Ensuring that sales and recruitment processes are aligned with business goals and workforce readiness to meet client expectations
- Supporting the CEO with important headcount planning, strategic scaling and performance incentives as well as providing accurate forecasting and reporting for sales activity
- Successfully managing the assigned team of delivery consultants and business development professionals, supporting onboarding processes, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring that soft and firm KPIs are monitored
- Supporting members of the team on complex and potentially difficult client delivery
- Handling the responsibility for full sign-off and control on vacancies, prioritising the resource management for roles
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
- MUST have excellent proven experience within a recruitment and business development leadership
- Ideally, exposure to the staffing sector or the oil & gas/utilities industry
- Excellent, and practical understanding of 180 recruitment delivery and business development models
- Strong team management experience
- Commercially aware and strategically focussed
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good knowledge surrounding pipeline forecasting, CRM system management and other reporting tools and metrics
