This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join a growing and innovative organisation at a pivotal stage of its journey. Working closely with a range of departments across the business, you will play a key role in developing and delivering brand initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, drive commercial performance and ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.

Your Role:

  • Leading the development and delivery of the organisation's brand strategy and growth plans
  • Ensuring a consistent, engaging and high-quality brand experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Translating brand strategy into actionable plans, campaigns and initiatives that support wider business objectives
  • Managing multi-channel marketing and brand activity to maximise customer engagement and brand awareness
  • Overseeing content creation and messaging across digital, CRM, customer communications and marketing channels
  • Supporting the ongoing evolution of brand positioning, identity and proposition to meet changing customer needs
  • Using customer insight, market trends and performance data to inform decision-making and optimise brand performance
  • Working collaboratively with sales, customer service, digital, e-commerce, CRM and development teams to deliver joined-up customer experiences
  • Managing project timelines, budgets and priorities to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Line managing and developing junior team members, providing guidance, coaching and support
  • Monitoring brand performance and making recommendations to improve customer perception, engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for brand-related projects, challenges and opportunities across the business

What You Will Need To Apply:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a Brand Manager or similar brand-focused position
  • Previous experience delivering successful multi-channel brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience working within consumer, direct-to-consumer, subscription-based or service-led organisations
  • Strong understanding of brand development, customer journeys and marketing best practice
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link brand activity to business performance
  • Experience using customer insight, analytics and performance data to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and messaging consistency
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience within Marketing, Branding, Design, Digital Media or a related discipline
  • A proactive, customer-focused and results-driven approach

It Would Be Beneficial If You Also Have:

  • Experience within a regulated, healthcare, care, financial services or trust-based environment
  • Previous involvement in brand repositioning, proposition development or business transformation projects
  • Experience managing direct reports and supporting team development
  • Exposure to customer advocacy, referral programmes, influencer marketing or partnership initiatives
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, performance marketing or experimentation frameworks
  • Understanding of emerging digital trends, including AI-assisted search and customer discovery behaviours
  • Additional training in brand strategy, customer experience, behavioural science or customer insight
