A highly successful manufacturing business is searching for a Maintenance Engineer in the Bournemouth area to service CNC Machines.
Your Role
- Servicing CNC machines (Index, Mazak, Citizen & Chiron)
- Undertaking repair work for CNC machines
- Completing all assigned activities within the specified health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe working at all times
- Supporting company demands by working to set out timescales and schedules
You MUST Have:
- Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools
- Prior experience servicing and repair CNC machines
- Experience of diagnosing CNC faults using PLC
- Knowledge of servo systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and be organised
Desirable experience includes tool room exposure, fixture manufacturing and repair and component re-working.
