The business is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support one of its expanding commercial divisions. Your Roles Responsibilities: While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
- Checking orders for pricing accuracy, completeness and agreed commercial terms
- Issuing order acknowledgements and confirmations to customers
- Managing supplier and customer inboxes alongside incoming telephone enquiries
- Forwarding sales enquiries, opportunities and customer feedback to the Sales team
- Providing customers with updates regarding order progress, delivery schedules and any issues arising
- Stock and spot buying for customer projects in line with Sales requirements
- Drafting stock orders and coordinating stock control activities
- Receiving and checking stock against purchase orders using Sage systems
