Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing, deploying and maintaining resilient network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and routing environments.
- Providing advanced support for complex network and connectivity issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions using tools such as Wireshark, SIP tracing and packet capture.
- Supporting and maintaining mission-critical SIP/VoIP communications and digital connectivity services.
- Managing firewalls, VPNs and network security controls to ensure secure, compliant and highly available infrastructure.
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation.
