Your Company: NET Recruit are partnering with a highly successful services business to support their ongoing search for a Head of HR in Portsmouth.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and delivery of a people strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Overseeing all generalist HR activity, including potential recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle and compliance
- Managing complex employee relations cases, advising senior leaders on best practice and risk mitigation
- Driving performance management processes, including appraisals, talent reviews and capability frameworks
- Designing and implementing learning and development programmes to support individual growth and organisational capability
- Overseeing the optimisation and use of HR systems, ensuring accurate reporting and effective self-service functionality
