Your Company: A purpose-led organisation committed to sustaining communities by supporting the millions of people and small businesses that rely on cash every day is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operation of Banking Hubs across East Scotland. Your Role and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Developing and delivering effective stakeholder engagement approaches using appropriate channels
- Building trusted relationships with local communities, councils, and key stakeholders
- Planning and coordinating engagement activities and events to raise awareness and build trust
- Acting as a regional ambassador, ensuring Banking Hubs reflect local community needs
- Overseeing Banking Hub solutions to ensure they operate in line with the target operating model
- Building strong collaborative relationships with supply chain partners to ensure effective and efficient network performance
- Using findings from network inspections to identify local and thematic issues, driving continuous improvement and sharing best practice
- Working with internal subject matter experts to ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Supporting the management of incidents and complaints within the region
- Engaging with Banking Hub Operators, Customer Liaison teams, and Community Bankers to gather insight into customer experience and areas for improvement
- Engaging directly with customers to understand service effectiveness
- Driving continuous improvements to customer service, with a focus on maintaining a market-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS)
What You Will Need To Apply:
- Proven experience in regional or operational management
- Working knowledge of bank branch or retail management (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Confidence engaging with customers, Banking Hub staff, and senior external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong problem-solving capability
- A positive, flexible mindset and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for business use (mileage reimbursed; business-use insurance required)
- Ability to work remotely / from home
- Residence within close proximity to the relevant network area
