Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but may not be limited to:
- Communicating with customers and third parties across a range of digital channels, including email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS and live chat.
- Supporting customers throughout the loan application process and guiding applicants through required documentation and submission stages.
- Managing open loan accounts, including collecting payments, identifying account issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Providing clear, personalised and empathetic support based on individual customer circumstances.
- Managing customer inboxes and completing a variety of administrative requests accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting customers with loan management and repayment queries, adapting solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Identifying potential signs of customer vulnerability and responding appropriately in line with internal procedures.
- Recognising potential indicators of fraud and taking appropriate action where required.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider team to ensure customers receive a consistent and high-quality service.
- Managing a varied workload while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and a strong customer focus.
- Contributing positively to the wider team and supporting colleagues in a fast-paced digital environment.

The role offers a salary of up to £30,000 and discretionary quarterly bonus scheme, subject to both individual and business performance, with a strong focus on quality and attitude following completion of your initial training. You will also receive 22 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to a maximum of 25 days.
